Funeral services for Mr. Timothy Scott “Tim” Gatwood will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 8, 2021 at New Chapel United Pentecostal Church. Mr. Gatwood, age 35, passed away from this life on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 in Prentiss. Reverend Ken Hickman will officiate. Interment will follow in New Chapel Cemetery. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Miller, Isaac Anderson, Nathan Jackson, Colby Graves, Blake Graves and Brad Delk. Timothy Scott Gatwood was born on April 4,1986 in Collins to Guy Anthony Gatwood and Kathryn Green Gatwood. Tim was an installer for Graham Pool in Collins. He loved his children and he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Preston Gatwood and 1 brother, Anthony Gatwood. Tim is survived by his wife, Jezreah ( J. I.) Lowery Gatwood of Seminary; 3 sons, Dylan Gatwood, Gatlin Gatwood and Gunner Gatwood, all of Prentiss; 1 daughter, Timberline Gatwood of Prentiss; 1 sister, Jennifer Miller of Prentiss; 2 brothers, Brian Anderson of Hattiesburg and Danny Anderson of Forest; his parents, Guy and Kathy Gatwood of Prentiss; Paternal grandmother, Ann Davis of Columbia.
