Syvonda Aultman Ready

Graveside services for Mrs. Syvonda Aultman Ready will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday morning, December 28, 2023 at the Shaolm Baptist Church Cemetery in Silver Creek with the Rev. Earl Clark officiating.  Mrs. Ready, age 56, entered into the eternal rest of her Lord Wednesday morning, December 27, 2023, at her home in New Hebron.  Saulters Moore Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.

Syvonda Aultman Ready was born on October 2, 1967 in Tylertown, MS to Ray and Gladys Mullins Hodges.  Syvonda, a homemaker, graduated from New Hebron High School and was a cheerleader for the Golden Bears.  Syvonda loved her family very much. Her family relates that she had a gentle nurturing spirit and especially loved babies.  She had several things that she enjoyed in her leisure time, including taking care of flowers in her yard and watching Days of Our Lives.  Syvonda was a member of Shalom Baptist Church.

Her memory will forever be cherished by her husband of nearly 30 years, John Ready of New Hebron; her son, Shane Aultman (Hannah) of Sumrall; her daughters, Katlin Graves (Rusty) of Sumrall, Meagan Ready of New Hebron; her father and mother, Ray and Gladys Hodges of New Hebron; a sister, Mydonya Shows (Keith) of New Hebron; a brother, Chad Hodges (Lindsey) of Silver Creek; 5 grandchildren and an expected grandson.
