Funeral services for Mrs. Ruth Helen Daley will be conducted at 10:00 Friday morning, May 27, 2022 at Saulters-Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Tim Beard will officiate. Mrs. Daley passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Saulters Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be, Chase Voss, Nick Daley, Leighton Smith, Jason Stuart, Jacob Finley and Tyler Broom. Mrs. Daley was born February 6, 1941 in Covington County, MS to Lawrence Graham and Alice Hazel Campbell Speed. She was a homemaker, volunteered at the school and was a member of Carson United Methodist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Ray Daley and brothers, Larry Speed and Johnny Speed. Mrs. Daley is survived by 1 son, Larry Daley (Hope) of Carson; 2 daughters, Lesia Voss (Jeff) of Purvis and Deborah Smith (Thomas) of Purvis; 6 grandchildren, Chase Voss (Emily), Katelyn Stuart (Jason), Nicholas Daley (Brooke), Natalie Finley (Jacob), Leighton Smith and Taylor Broom (Tyler);7 great-grandchildren, Reed Voss, Daley Stuart, Merryn Stuart, Taylor Daughdrill, Swayze Daley, Knox Daley and Tate Broom; 1 sister, Sherry McGee (Howard) and 1 brother, Keith Speed (Patricia). The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at Saulters Moore Funeral Home.
