Lacey was raised in Prentiss, graduated from Poplarville High School, and afterward, enrolled at Pearl River Community College to further her education. Lacey was a dedicated salesperson for Verizon Wireless. Beyond her career in sales, she had an enthusiastic passion for couponing. This seemingly mundane activity transformed into a thrilling adventure infused with strategic planning and great organizational skill. Lacey had an impeccable system in place that ensured maximum savings while creating thrilling moments of triumph whenever she scored incredible deals. But it wasn't just couponing that brought joy to Lacey's life; it was also her precious boys who held the key to her heart. Her family fondly remembers Lacey as the epitome of motherhood, describing her as the best Mama in the world. Her love for her children knew no bounds, and she poured every ounce of herself into ensuring their happiness and success.

In addition, Lacey absolutely loved the Waffle House and designer hand bags, especially Brahmin purses.
Anyone that knew Lacey will agree that she was also an animal lover. As a young girl, she was active in 4-H, winning numerous awards for her prized Brahman Bulls. Her family recalls 2 special pets that she had while growing up, her beloved bull, Homer, with whom she would share her grape sucker, and her sweet Dachshund, Duchess.
