Judy Bridges

Funeral services for Judy Craft Bridges will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Bridges, age 65, passed away from this life on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero, LA. Reverend Billy Bridges and Reverend Ted Bowlin will officiate. Interment will follow in Whitesand Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Serving as Pallbearers are Mike Bridges, Brad Bridges, Glenn Griffith, Karon Bridges, Daniel Sinclair and Bart Jones. Judy was born September 10, 1955 in Smith County, MS to James David Craft and Birdie Bell Loper. Earlier in her life, she was a beautician and later worked as a Purchasing Coordinator for KLH Industries. Judy was an excellent cook and was especially talented in hand crafts, including sewing and cross-stitch. Among Judy's collection that her family will treasure is a beautiful cross stitched creation of "The Lord's Prayer". She was a member of Whitesand Baptist Church Mrs. Bridges was preceded in death by her parents, James David and Birdie Bell Craft. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Bridges of Prentiss; 1 Brother, Harlon Craft of Taylorsville; 3 Nieces, Connie West, Cherry O'Mary and Michelle Jones; 1 Nephew, Shane McRaney and a host of Great-Nieces and Great Nephews, as well as many cherished friends.
