Jeffie Smith

Mr. Jeffie Smith passed away from this life on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at The Jeff Davis County Nursing Home in Prentiss, MS. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Smith will be interred in the Carson Cemetery. Jeffie Garner Smith was born October 11, 1933 in Jefferson Davis County to Clarence Hardy Smith and Gertrude Garner Smith.  Mr. Smith was a teacher in the education field.  He had a Master’s Degree from William Carey University.  Previously he had helped out at the Prentiss Headlight delivering papers. He was preceded in death by his mother and father. Mr. Smith is survived by his friend, Brenda Delaughter of Columbia.
