Isaac "Bud" Parish

Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Phalti Baptist Church for Isaac Lavelle "Bud" Parish. Mr. Parish departed this earthly life to live eternally with his Lord on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Asbury Hospice in Hattiesburg, MS. Mr. Parish, age 94, was born on May 11, 1927 to Breland and Lura Lee Polk Parish. Mr. Parish spent his career working as a Lineman for Mississippi Power and Light for over 30 years. Having a passion for the outdoors, Bud considered himself a farmer and loved to fish. He loved his family and was especially fond of his grandchildren. Mr. Parish was a member of Phalti Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. Mr. Parish was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Joyce Parish. Left to cherish his memory is his son, Stephen Parish (Svetlana) of Moscow, Russia; 1 brother, James Parish (Nancy) of Prentiss, MS; 2 grandsons, Matthew Parish and Nick Parish.
