Harold Daughdrill

Funeral Services for Mr. Harold L. Daughdrill will be held Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 11:00 AM at Saulters Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Daughdrill passed away from this life on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Jeff Davis County Hospital. Reverend Keith Summers will officiate and interment will be in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Carson. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be; Lance Magee, John Polk, Oscar Magee, Dyle Daughdrill, Kelvin Daughdrill and John Brabston Cook. Harold L. Daughdrill was born October 14, 1932 in Jeff Davis County, MS to Robert Lee Daughdrill and Mary Lou Scarborough Daughdrill. He was a Korean War Veteran. He received the National Defense Medal, Korean Service medal and the United Nations service medal. He worked for the Dept. of Transportation for the State of Mississippi. He was a member of Old Hebron Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; wife, Rosa Lyne Curry Daughdrill and Brother, Kendall Daughdrill. Mr. Daughdrill is survived by; his son, Dyle Lee Daughdrill (Mary Ann) of Grand Bay, AL; Two daughters, Danelle “Dee” Daughdrill and Donna Daughdrill both of Hattiesburg; One grandchild Christina Jo Miller; Two great grandchildren, Riley Duba and Reggie Miller.
