Elijah Wade Keen, infant son of Donavan Keen and Christina Skinner, was delivered prematurely into this world. Eli received his 'angel wings' at 11:16 PM Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Wesley Medical Center in Hattiesburg. Saulters Moore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Anxiously awaiting his arrival were his parents, Donavan Keen and Christina Skinner of Collins, MS; his big brother, Owen; his maternal grandparents, Noel Skinner of Bassfield, MS and Jenny Fuller of Florence, MS; his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Leslie Keen of Moss Point, MS and Sidney and Dave Sampson of Collins, MS. Eli is also survived by a host of uncles, aunts and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Peters Catholic Church in Bassfield, MS. Father Chinnappa Raj Mark will officiate. Interment will follow in St. James Cemetery in Bassfield. Tyler Keen and Jacob Skinner will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be at the St. Peters Parish Hall Saturday, November 27, 2021, beginning at 10:00 AM until the hour of service.
