Calvin Garner

Funeral services for Mr. Calvin Garner will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the Saulters Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Garner, age 69, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Merit Wesley Hospital in Hattiesburg.  Reverend Charles Burnham will officiate and interment will be in the Whitesand Cemetery. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Lance Garner, Clay Garner, Ray Raybon, David Fortenberry, David Lee, Joe Bridges, Colby Stewart and Tommy Breland. Earnest Calvin Garner was born on February 13, 1950 in Prentiss, MS to Ezra Lee Garner and Mary Lou McNease Garner.  Mr. Garner was a retired maintenance foreman for Mississippi Department of Transportation.  He was a member of Whitesand Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and 1 brother, Gary Garner. Mr. Garner is survived by 1 brother, Billy Garner (Mary Lou); 1 niece; 4 nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
