Funeral Services for Mrs. Coyce Myers Williamson will be held at 3:00pm Monday, January 21, 2019 at Oakvale Baptist Church. Mrs. Williamson passed away from this life on Saturday, January 19, 2019 in Monticello. Reverend Eddie Myers and Reverend Richard Green will officiate and interment will follow on the Oakvale Cemetery. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Jody Martin, Brad Martin, Chet Myers, Jayme Palmer, Josh McCormick, and Travis Watts. Coyce Irene Hathorn was born on April 1, 1930 to Edgar and Nellie Bourn Hathorn of Oakvale. She was a homemaker and a member of Oakvale Baptist Church. Mrs. Williamson was proceeded in death by her mother and father; her first husband, Harold Myers; a brother, Calvin Hathorn; a sister, Jewel Rowley; and a son-in-law, Wayne Sanders. She is survived by her husband, Dan Williamson of Oakvale; 2 daughters, Sandra Martin (Harry Joe) of Bouge Chitto, and Jan Sanders of Oakvale; 1 son, Reverend Eddie Myers (Wanda) of Oakvale; 2 step-sons, Danny Williamson (Barbara) of Monticello, and Johnny Williamson (Rachael) of Oakvale; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren, and 3 step-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. The visitation will be Monday, January 21, 2019 from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at Oakvale Baptist Church. Friends desiring to make memorials are asked to direct them to The Oakvale Baptist Church Building Fund, in lieu of flowers.
