Carlene Kyzer McNease

Funeral services for Mrs. Carlene Kyzar McNease will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 31, 2019 at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Mrs. McNease, age 92 passed away on Tuesday, May 28 , 2019 at Marion General Hospital in Columbia.  Reverend Mike Aultman and Reverend Daniel Lee will officiate and interment will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery. Saulters Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Lee, Wesley Lee, Bobby McNease, Jonathan Culpepper, Marty Raybourn, Peyton McNease, Rickey Hall, III, Aaron Lee and John Lee. Carlene Kyzar McNease was born on October 6, 1926 in Columbia, MS to Carl Kyzar and Effie Moody Kyzar.  She attended Draughns Business School for two years.  She and Johnnie Reece McNease were married and had 4 children.  Mrs. McNease was a homemaker and a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband, Johnnie McNease; daughter, Alicia Kaye Dyess; daughter-in-law, Kathy McNease and great, great grandson, Isaiah Lee. Mrs. McNease is survived by 1 daughter, Janet Lee of Bassfield; 2 sons, Barry McNease of Bassfield and Doug McNease (Barbara) of Purvis; 1 brother, Milton Kyzar of Morgantown; 1 sister, Sadie Petty of Improve; a son-in-law, Devin Dyess; 10 grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
