Brenda "B. J." Hoover

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 4, 2010 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Brenda “B. J.“ Hoover, age 55, of San Angelo, TX who passed away October 31, 2010 at San Angelo Medical Center. Rev. L. C. Anthony officiated. Interment followed at Slater Cemetery in New Hebron, MS. Saulters Moore Funeral Service of Prentiss handled the arrangements. Pall bearers were Johnnie Coleman, Tommy Coleman, Don McAlpin, William Bass, John Shivers and Scott Coleman. Brenda Joyce Hoover was born October 30, 1955 in Mississippi. She was the daughter of Johnny A. Wolfe and Beatrice Stallings Kent. A native of Mississippi, she was a resident of San Angelo, Texas for five years. She was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Sturgis, MS. Mrs. Hoover is survived by her husband, Rusty Hoover of San Angelo, TX; two daughters, Lori Phan of Garland, TX and Tracy Prost of Pottsboro, TX; six grandchildren; her mother, Beatrice Kent of New Hebron, MS and two sisters, Anne Shivers of Prentiss, MS and Linda Patterson of San Jose, Costa Rica. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother.
