Beatrice "Beami" Taylor

Funeral services were held Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Prentiss United Methodist Church in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Beami Taylor, age 38, of Prentiss, MS who passed away October 15, 2010 in Ridgway, Colorado. Rev. Sessions Polk and Rev. Glenn Howell officiated. Interment followed at Mt. Zion Methodist Church Cemetery. Pall bearers were Edwin Bozeman, James Allen Kelly, Sonny Langston, Joe Lee, Larry McInnis and Stephen Roberts. Beatrice Michelle “Beami” Taylor was born September 29, 1972 in Hattiesburg, MS. She was the daughter of Gregg Iverson and Patricia Magee Becton. She attended USM and was a member of the MS Teachers Assn. She was a Teacher in Jefferson Davis County for 13 years. She was a member of Prentiss United Methodist Church. Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband, Kevin Taylor of Prentiss; two sons, Wyatt Lee and Gage Taylor both of Prentiss; her father, Gregg Iverson; her mother and stepfather, Patricia Becton and Nick of Prentiss and a brother, Jody Fortenberry of Flowood, MS.
