Madron P. Bullock

Funeral services were held Monday, August 2, 2010 at Victory Baptist Church in Bassfield, MS for Mrs. Madron P. Bullock, age 88, of Bassfield, MS who passed away July 30, 2010 in Simpson County. Rev. Charles Broome, Rev. Jerry McRaney and Rev. Tony Bagley officiated. Interment followed at Double Church Cemetery. Pall bearers were Ben Bullock, Seth Bullock, Michael Johnson, Trey Bullock, Jody Johnson and Kelly Estes. Eula Madron Powell Bullock was born September 5, 1921 in Columbia, MS. She was the daughter of Charlie and Abbi Riley Powell. She attended PRCC and received her BS in Education from USM. She was a Teacher at Bassfield Elementary for 30 years. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, the WMU and a Sunday School Teacher. Mrs. Bullock is survived by her sons, Hal Bullock of Bassfield, MS, Dale Bullock of Raymond, MS and Don Bullock of McComb, MS; a daughter, Reba Johnson of Laurel, MS; eleven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Percy Bullock, three brothers and two sisters.
