Karson Martin

Funeral services were held Friday, May 21, 2010 at Prentiss Baptist Church in Prentiss, MS for Karson Thomas Martin, age 18 months, of Ray City, GA who passed away May 17, 2010 at Jefferson Davis Community Hospital in Prentiss, MS. Rev. Ben James, Rev. Jason Stoker, Rev. Frankie Clark and Chaplain Mark Robertson officiated. Pall bearers were Blake Bass, Chris Harrison, Erik Waller, Michael Thornton, Scott Polk, Will Hathorn and Zach Davis. Karson Thomas Martin was born November 4, 2008 in Jackson, MS. He was the son of Simon Martin and Valerie Kelly Martin of Ray City, GA. Karson is survived by his parents; a brother, Grayson Martin also of Ray City, GA; maternal grandparents, Rick & Reta Kelly of Taylorsville, MS; paternal grandparents, Larry & Sabrina Martin of Prentiss, MS; maternal great-grandparents, John Howard and Minnie Dickerson of Taylorsville, MS; paternal great-grandparents, Glynn Dale & Ellisine Saulters of Prentiss, MS and great-great grandmother, Mynon Saulters of Bassfield, MS.
