Emma Jean Foster

Funeral services were held Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Emma Jean Foster, age 77, of Ocean Springs, MS who passed away April 1, 2010 at Ocean Springs Nursing Center in Ocean Springs, MS. Interment followed at King Family Cemetery. Rev. Archie Holley and Rev. Louie Davis officiated. Pall bearers were Dale Amason, Quinn Amason, Mark King, DeJuan Pope, Jahan Pope and Colton Pope. Mrs. Emma Jean Foster was born April 29, 1932 in Jefferson Davis County, MS. She was the daughter of Charlie E. King and Ollie Foles King. She was a homemaker and a member of Family Life Fellowship Church. Mrs. Foster is survived by a daughter, Janice Pope of Lucedale, MS; a son, Aaron K. Foster of Lucedale, MS; a brother, Lawrence King of Prentiss, MS and a sister, Cecile Kirkley also of Prentiss, MS; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister, Emma Lou King, three brothers and two sisters.
