Jeanette S. Brewer

A funeral mass was held Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at St. Peters Catholic Church in Bassfield, MS for Ms. Jeanette Brewer, age 70, of Crystal Springs, MS who passed away March 8, 2010 at her residence. Internment followed at St. James Cemetery. Father Eappen Joseph officiated. Pall bearers were Danny Odom, Bobby Odom, Johnny Parkman, Heath Brewer, Ryan Spier and Blaine Brewer. Jeanette Skinner Brewer was born on April 17, 1939 in Jefferson Davis County, MS. She was the daughter of Noel Skinner and Agnes Daley Skinner. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Mrs. Brewer is survived by her children, a son, Ernie Brewer of Baton Rouge, LA; two daughters, Mary Catherine Sanders and Anna Marie Cooper both of Crystal Springs, MS; five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; four sisters, Eula Parkman of Oakvale, MS, Virginia Odom and Dorothy Barrett both of Bassfield, MS and Agnes Keys of Destin, FL; and two brothers, Joel Skinner of Moss Point, MS and Harold Skinner of Petal, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and four sisters.
