Funeral services were held Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mr. Edward Hugh Baker, age 64, of Starkville, MS who passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at Rolling Hills Nursing Center in Starkville. Interment followed in Antioch Cemetery. Rev. Carroll Rippy officiated. Pallbearers were John Baker, Vincent Canoy and Bobby East. Mr. Edward Hugh Baker was born May 21, 1945 in Jefferson Davis County. He was the son of Hulon and Erlene Baker. He was a Baptist. He is survived by three brothers, John Baker of Florence, Jimmy Baker of Gluckstadt and Ira Baker of Pleasanton, NE; two sisters, Louise Baker and Kathryn Baker both of Pearl. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
