Matthew Daley

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 24, 2009 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Bassfield, MS for Mr. Matthew Daley, age 32, of Carson, MS who passed away October 21, 2009 in Bassfield, MS. Internment followed at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Cemetery in Carson. Father Eappen Joseph officiated. Pall bearers were Leonard Daley, Larry Daley, Russell Stamps, Nick Daley, Wesley Daley, Seth McArthur, Richard Hathorn and Chad Graves. Mr. Matthew Hal Daley was born September 29, 1977 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He was the son of Frank Hal Daley and Diana King Daley. He worked as a cashier for Sam’s Club in Hattiesburg. He was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Mr. Daley is survived by his wife, Rachel Daley of Carson; a son, Britton Daley and a daughter, Parker Daley both of Carson; his parents, Hal & Diana Daley of Carson; a sister, Katie Daley of Hattiesburg; two brothers, Nathan & Josh Daley both of Carson and his grandfather, J. C. King of Bassfield. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maxine King and grandparents, Louis and Rushie Daley.
