Graveside services for Mrs. Carol T. Janos will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 26, 2017 at Cliburn Cemetery in Lawrence County. Mrs. Janos, age 67, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Lawrence County Hospital in Monticello, MS. Visitation will be Saturday, August 26, 2017 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Saulters Moore Funeral Home in Prentiss, MS. Saulters Moore Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements. Reverend Buck Rester will officiate. Pallbearers will be: Connor Ainsworth, Dalton Ainsworth and Jordan Ainsworth, Daniel Thomas, Aaron Thomas and Bobby Thomas. Mrs. Janos was born on February 18, 1950 in Lepanto, AR. She was the daughter of John Samuel Thomas and Florence Amelia Parsons Thomas. She was the payroll clerk for Hinds County Human Resources. She was a member of Woodlawn Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by her Fiancé of twenty two years, Teddy McCann of Silver Creek; Her daughter, Amy Ainsworth of Florence; Three grandsons, Connor Ainsworth, Jordan Ainsworth and Dalton Ainsworth all of Florence; Her father, John Thomas of Brandon; Her brother, David Thomas (Janet) of Ridgeland and her sister, Shelia Frances (Marshal) of Brandon.
