Norman Traylor

Graveside services with military honors were held Thursday April 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Greens Creek cemetery in Carson, MS for Mr. Norman T. Traylor, age 87, which passed away on April 9, 2017 at the extended care facility in Prentiss, MS. Rev. Bob Burge officiated. Interment immediately followed. Pallbearers were: Chad Shivers and Glen Dale Shoemaker. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Mr. Traylor served as a Staff Sergeant for the U. S. Air Force, having served with distinction in the Korean Conflict. He then went on to work as a mechanic for Prentiss motor company for many years. He is survived by his wife, Amelia Traylor of Prentiss, MS; His son, Roy Lee Traylor also of Prentiss and his daughter, Paula Jackson of Cedar Hill, TX.
