Ann Deen Chambliss

Ann Deen Chambliss, 86, of Walker, LA, passed away Monday, Jan. 9, 2017 at Harvest Manor Nursing Home, Denham Springs, LA. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Visitation was held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Tuesday, Jan. 10, from 12 p.m. until service at 1 p.m. A graveside service and burial was at Double Church Cemetery, Bassfield, MS, on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at 11 a.m. She is survived by her children, Jerri Browning, Jackie Chambliss and wife, Tracy, Edye Young and husband, Paul, and Debbie Curtis and husband, Jim; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Rheda Bob Carter; as well as many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Mamie Deen; two brothers, Jim and Knox Deen; and three sisters, Mattie Nell Aultman, Iva Dell McRaney, and Waynette Ward. The family would like to thank the staff of Harvest Manor for the love and care shown to Mrs. Ann and her family during this difficult time, especially the nurses, Erica, Alicia, Sue, Paulette, and Claudette
