Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Helen G. Lee, age 85, who passed away January 2, 2017 at the Lawrence County Hospital in Monticello, MS. Interment followed in Whitesand Cemetery. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss, MS handled arrangements. Rev. Charles Burnham officiated. Pallbearers were: David Lee, Wade Fuller, David Fuller, Jessie Blue, Ron Riley and Bobby Rushing. Mrs. Helen was born in Monticello, MS on May 14, 1931 to Eli Gill and Lena Ward Gill. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Whitesand Baptist Church. She is survived by one son, James Riley of Braxton, MS; Two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Bealer of Carson, MS and Mary Ellen Killingsworth of New Hebron, MS; Four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; Two sisters, Cleo Fuller and Pearlie Fuller both of Prentiss, MS.
