Robert T. "Bruno" Lee

Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel for Mr. Robert Terrell “Bruno” Lee, age 69, of Prentiss who died July 31, 2009, at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson. Internment followed at Whitesand Cemetery. Bro. Rob Webb, Bro Carroll Rippy, and Bro. Kenneth McQueen officiated. Pallbearers were Chad Booth, Matthew Booth, Robbie Booth, Ronnie Booth, Scott Booth, Todd Booth, Clay Traylor, Yancy Cliburn and Eddie McQueen. Honorary pallbearers were Ellis Booth, Holly Booth, Joe booth and Kenneth McQueen. Mr. Lee a native of Jefferson Davis County was born on October 17, 1939. He was the son of Ernest M. Lee and Lela McLendon Lee. He worked in construction as a welder for 30 years before retiring. He was a member of the Local 714 Pipe Fitters and Plumbers Union. He also served two years as a Supervisor for Beat 4 in Jefferson Davis County. He was a member of Lonestar Methodist Church and a Mason. Mr. Lee is survived by his wife, Kaye Lee of Prentiss; a daughter, Becky Bridges (Mike Butler) of Prentiss; a son, Robert T. Lee, Jr. (April) of Prentiss; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepfather, Preston Lee, a brother, Billy Lee and a granddaughter, Amanda.
