Billy Ray Whitehead

Graveside Services were held Friday, July 29, 2016 at Mack Graves Cemetery in Prentiss, MS. for Mr. Billy Ray Whitehead, age 76, who passed away at his residence on July 25, 2016.Interment immediately followed. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss handled all arrangements. Rev. Ken Hickman officiated. Mr. Billy was born May 1, 1940 in Jefferson Davis County, MS. He was the son of Lawrence Whitehead and Connie Mae Dixon Whitehead. He worked as a mechanic and carpenter most of his life. He is survived by his three sisters, Elsie Lois Saulters of Prentiss, MS, Virginia Ann Alexander of Pinola, MS and Linda Marie King of Pearl, MS. His cousin, Rhonda Hagan of Prentiss, MS. and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and one sister.
