Graveside Services were held Thursday May 12, 2016 at Whitesand Cemetery in Prentiss, MS for Mr. Yancy Todd Cliburn, age 45, who passed away on May 9, 2016 at his residence in Silver Creek, MS. Interment followed in Whitesand Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Billy Bridges officiated. Pallbearers were: James Henry, Allen Baker, John Riley, Tony Sykes, Tommy Bridges and Greg Cole. Yancy was born June 23, 1970. He was the son of Homer “Buddy” Cliburn and the late Judy Bridges Cliburn. Yancy was a meat supervisor for over 25 years. He worked at Ramey’s Grocery, County Market, Piggly Wiggly and a number of other stores. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a member of Whitesand Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Vicki Cliburn of Silver Creek, MS; his son, Dylan Cliburn of Italy; His daughter Kyleigh Cliburn of Italy; His step son, A.J. Williamson of Prentiss; his step daughter Tiffany McPhail of Prentiss, MS; His father, Homer “Buddy” Cliburn of Prentiss; his sister, Tammy Appleton of Beebe, AK and his maternal grandfather Webb Bridges of Collins MS.
