Gladys Coulter

Funeral Services were held Thursday March 3, 2016 at Saulters Moore Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Gladys Elizabeth Coulter, age 97, who passed away on February 28, 2016 at the Jefferson Davis extended care facility. Rev. Charles Burnham officiated. Pallbearers were: Seth Parker, Will Parker, Jonathan Roman, Dawson Mclenden, David Coulter, Dylan McLendon and Paul Hanberry. Saulters Moore Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements Mrs. Gladys was born on August 10, 1918 in Jefferson Davis County, MS to Orlan Louis Bridges and Ellen L. Daughdrill Bridges. She worked at Universal plant for 15 years and was a member of Whitesand Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Faye Hanberry of New Hebron, MS. Five sons, Jerry Coulter of Gallantin, TN, Henry Coulter of Collins, MS, Jimmy Coulter of Hattiesburg, MS, Billy Coulter of Sierra Vista, AR and Larry Coulter of New Hebron, MS. 21 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, 34 great, great grandchildren and 1 great, great, great grandchild. Her sister, Lillian Hughes of South haven, MS; Two brothers, Nolan Bridges of Collins, MS and Charles D. Bridges of Houston, TX.
