Ester Lindsey

Funeral Services were held Wednesday December 30, 2015 at Saulters Moore Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Esther Mae Lindsey, age 96, who passed away on December 27, 2015 at Brandon Health and Rehab in Brandon , MS. Rev. Ken Roberts and Dr. Nathan Barber officiated. Pallbearers were: Greg Lindsey, Jimmy Shouds, Parker Kyle and Patrick Kyle. Saulters Moore Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. Mrs. Ester was born on March 17, 1919 in Mississippi to Sam McNease and Pattie Winningham McNease. She worked as a home maker and was a very active member of Bassfield Baptist Church as long as her health let her. She is survived by one son; Colonel Jimmie L. Lindsey of Jackson, MS; Two daughters, Pat Rushing of Madison, MS and Earlene Murray of Pearl, MS; Three Grandchildren, Amber Kyle Lindsey (Patrick), Heather Lindsey Shearer (Michael) and John Lindsey; Seven Great Grandchildren, Emilee Kyle, Ashley Kyle, Parker Kyle, Brandon Garcia, J'Lee Lindsey, Jackson Lindsey and Juliet Lindsey She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Pattie McNease; her husband Robert Lindsey; three brothers and one sister .
