Evelyn King Gatewood

Memorial Services were held Saturday December 19, 2015 at Carson Methodist Church for Mrs. Evelyn King Gatewood, age 92, who passed away on December 9, 2015 at her residence. Rev. Dwayne Mayo officiated. Saulters Moore Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements. Mrs. Evelyn was born on August 14, 1923 in Jefferson Davis County, MS to Robert Baker and Cora Laird. She worked as a clerk and a homemaker. She is survived by her grandson, Kelly King and her granddaughter, Kim Roncali both of Carson, MS; Three great grandchildren, Jamie Peckenpaugh, Kandy Holifield and Kelly King, Jr.; One step daughter, Debbie Berry of Leakesville, MS.; and One sister, Gladys Young of Gulfport, MS.
