Robert Boyd Sullivan

Funeral services were held Friday, November 13, 2015 at Saulters Moore Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mr. Robert Boyd Sullivan, age 78, of Bassfield, MS who passed away, November 11, 2015 at his residence. Interment followed at Bunker Hill Cemetery. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss handled all arrangements. Rev. Randy Gardner officiated. Pallbearers were: David Brown, James Robbins, Stevie Robbins, Tim Buckley, Fred Herrod and Jimmy McPhail. Honorary pallbearers were: Rob Smith and Roland Dyess. Boyd was born March 3, 1937 in Smith County, MS. He was the son of Leonard James Sullivan and Lillian Sullivan. He worked as a welder and was the crew foreman for United Gas for 37 years. He was a member of Bunker Hill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Sullivan of Bassfield, MS; His daughter, Linda Carol Smith (Rob) of Long Beach, MS; One grandchild and his brother, Mitchell Leonard Sullivan of Runnelstown, MS.
