Funeral services were held Friday, May 02, 2014 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Melanie L. Rodriguez, age 58, of Metairie, LA who passed away on April 26, 2014 at her residence. Interment followed at Prentiss Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Sessions Polk officiated. Pall bearers were Wade Gabourel, Rocky Saddy, Jo Bridges, Nick Cutrena, Keith Mathison and Bill Mathison.  Mrs. Melanie Leggio Rodriguez was born on January 23, 1956 in Prentiss, MS. She was the daughter of Joseph P. Leggio and Faye Livingston Leggio. She was a loving mother and wife and of the Methodist faith.  Mrs. Rodriguez is survived by her husband, James L. Rodriguez; her son, Derek Rodriguez; her daughter, Jennifer Saddy; and her grandson Ethan Rodriguez all of Metairie, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents.
