Mickey Daughdrill

Funeral services were held Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mr. Mickey Daughdrill, age 57, of Prentiss, who passed away on March 5, 2014 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. Interment followed at Daughdrill Cemetery in Prentiss. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Terry Wallace and Rev. Darrel Daniels officiated. Pall bearers were Dustin Cullins, Tony Warden, Randy Williams, Tommy Brumfield, Jody Neal and Tommy Saul. A native of Jefferson Davis County, Thomas “Mickey” Mitchell Daughdrill was born on July 16, 1956. He was the son of Grover Daughdrill and Eva Lee Gretchman Daughdrill. He worked with several offshore oil drilling companies for a total of 34 years. He retired as a Site Manager with Pride International Offshore. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Daughdrill is survived by his wife, Bonnie Daughdrill of Prentiss, MS; his son, Luke Daughdrill (Mandy) of Prentiss, MS; his daughter, Kaci Daughdrill (C. J.) of Carson, MS; his three grandchildren, Bode, Rayn and Ethan; and his brother Dennis Daughdrill of Prentiss, MS. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Betty Carol Daughdrill.
