Heaven gained another angel as Thelma B. Robbins, at 87 years of age, departed this life on February 4, 2014 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS, to live eternally with her Heavenly father, which was her ultimate goal. She is survived by her sister, Beatrice Morgan, her children Carolyn (Billy) Keen of Monticello, Eddie (Rachel) Robbins of Mendenhall, Duwaine (Helen) Robbins of New Hebron and Danny R. Though she was sometimes not in the best of health, she served her community during their sicknesses, losses and all times of need. Funeral arrangements were handled by Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss, MS. Her life was celebrated by a beautiful homegoing service Thursday. She was interred in R. T. Robbins Memorial Cemetery at New Hebron Pentecostal Church. Thanks to Rev. Ryan Vanderford, Rev. Danny Robbins and Rev. Glynn Hilton for a unique reflective identity of her life.
