Marilyn Lee Mullins

Funeral services were held Sunday, October 6, 2013 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Marilyn Mullins, age 75, of Brookhaven who passed away on October 3, 2013 at her residence. Interment followed at Whitesand Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Sonny Adkins officiated. Pall bearers were Mike Daughdrill, Steven Mullins, Kendall Jackson, Matthew Hickman, Jarrod Lee and Brantley Hickman. A native of Prentiss, MS, Marilyn Vern Mullins was born on December 29, 1937. She was the daughter of Vernon “Pete” Lee and Mary Lena Daughdrill Lee. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hebron Baptist Church. Mrs. Mullins is survived by her daughter, Carol Teasley of Brookhaven, MS; her sons, Chuck Mullins of Scottsdale, AZ and Rusty Mullins of Brandon, MS; her nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; and her brother, Joe Lee of Magee, MS.
