Phillip R. Brinkerhoff

Graveside services, with full military honors, were held Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Mt. Olive, MS for Mr. Phillip R. Brinkerhoff, age 62, of Prentiss, MS, who passed away on July 29, 2013. Rev. Trent Sullivan officiated. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Mr. Phillip Reed Brinkerhoff was born on September 18, 1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was the son of James Arnold Brinkerhoff and Inez Hendrix Brinkerhoff. He served twenty years in the US Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. After his retirement from the Army, he worked as a Software Engineer for Falcon Manufacturing. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Brinkerhoff is survived by his wife, Linda W. Brinkerhoff of Prentiss, MS and his step-son, Clayton Hanegan of Prentiss, MS. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother and his sister.
