Delaine D. Daley

Funeral services were held Sunday, July 14, 2013 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Delaine Daley, age 59, of Carson, MS, who passed away on July 11, 2013 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Interment followed at Carson Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Bob Burge and Rev. Randy Gardner officiated. Pall bearers were Danny Norris, Joey Barrett, Kallum Herrington, Clinton Fortenberry, John Dale Dumas, Jeremiah Dumas, Greg McRaney and Pedro McRaney. A native of Jefferson Davis County, Delaine Dyess Daley was born on February 7, 1954. She was the daughter of Nevis Lavon Dyess. She worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Dumas for more than 31 years. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Mrs. Daley is survived by her husband, Freddy Daley of Carson, MS; her son, Adam Daley (Lori) of Carson, MS; her grandchildren, Jimmy Daley and Melanie Daley; her sister, Betty Herrington of Carson, MS; her niece, Kayron Fortenberry and her nephew, Kallum Herrington.
