Louie T. Herrington

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mr. Louie T. Herrington, age 68, of Prentiss, MS who passed away on May 8, 2013 at his residence. Interment followed at Lone Star Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Ben James officiated. Pall bearers were Danny Kelly, Aaron Moore, C. J. Jenkins, Brian Petersen, Patrick Boone and Pat Boone. Honorary pall bearers were Ernie Langley and Phil Little. A native of Prentiss, MS, Louie Terrell Herrington was born on June 29, 1944. He was the son of Larkin Herrington and Bertha Harvey Herrington. He worked as a car salesman in Prentiss and Magee for more than thirty years before retiring. He was a member of Laurel Temple Baptist Church. Mr. Herrington is survived by his wife, Charlotte Herrington of Prentiss, MS; his son, Dewayne Herrington of West Monroe, LA; his daughter Missy Jones of Prentiss, MS; and three grandchildren.
