Louise Luper

Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Louise Bynum Luper of Ridgeland, MS formerly of Prentiss, who passed away on February 19, 2013. Interment was held at Lakeland Place Garden Park Cemetery in Flowood, MS. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Dr. French Tripp officiated. Pall bearers were Al Edmonds, Mark Honeycutt, Monty Magee, Wilbur Speed, Edmund Patterson and Ben Patterson. Johnnie Louise Bynum Luper was born in Lamar County, MS on August 30, 1922. She was the daughter of John Bynum and Flora McIver Bynum. She worked as a secretary with State Farm Insurance in Jackson for many years. She was a member of Prentiss Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Luper is survived by her son, Jeff Riley (Dianne) of Flowood, MS; her daughter, Danielle Dickey of Nashville, TN; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and two sisters. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the UMC Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital or an orphanage of your choice.
