Funeral services were held Sunday, February 3, 2013 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Lynda Mae Kozel, age 64, of Carson, MS who passed away February 2, 2013 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. Interment followed at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia, MS. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Tony Bagley officiated. Pall bearers were Bryce Rink, Daniel Hutchinson, Joey Sylvest, Pat Sylvest, Charles Buckley and Billy Rink. Mrs. Lynda Mae Kozel was born on January 9, 1949 in Crystal Springs, MS. She was the daughter of Arthur L. Hutchinson and Maudena Webb Hutchinson. She was a licensed Barber and an instructor for many years in Hattiesburg. She enjoyed competing in barber competitions and held several awards. She was a member of Santee Baptist Church. Mrs. Kozel is survived by her daughter, Chandra B. Rink of Columbia, MS; her six grandchildren; and her brothers, O. B. Hutchinson and Billy Hutchinson both of Carson, MS.
