Dick Dampier

Dick Dampier, age 80, of Collins, MS passed away on December 28, 2012, at the MS State Veterans Home in Collins, MS. Saulters Moore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Dampier was born July 27, 1932 in Lawrence County, MS. He was the son of James V. Dampier and Omega Berry Dampier. He served in the US Air Force and was a veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Dolpha Blackwell Dampier of Prentiss, MS and nephews: Jeff Dampier and Hoyt Dampier both of Monticello, MS.
