Teresa Broome Dyess

Funeral services were held Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Bassfield Baptist Church, Bassfield, MS for Ms. Teresa Ann Dyess, age 49, of Bassfield who passed away December 10, 2012 at UMC in Jackson, MS. Interment followed in Graves Cemetery. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss, MS was in charge of all arrangements. Bro. Ken Roberts officiated. Pallbearers were Harlon Broome, Jr., Avery D. Broome, Derrick Lott, Bobby Broome, Ben Roberts, and Jeff Johnson. Honorary Bearers were: Tim Rayborn, David Rayborn, Joe B. Thompson, Bob Baughman, Brad and Bryan Green, Jerry Chance and John Pickett. Teresa Ann Dyess was born December 3, 1963 in Jefferson Davis County, MS. She was the daughter of Harlon Broome, Sr, and the late Shirley Ann Coleman Broome. She was a 1982 graduate of Bassfield High School and was a member of Bassfield Baptist Church. She is survived by her father, Harlon Broome, Sr,; one brother: Harlon Broome, Jr.; one sister, Kimberly Walker; and her beloved nieces and nephews: Brittney, Ryan, and Kyla Walker, all of Bassfield, MS.
