Janice M. Haas

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Bassfield, MS for Mrs. Janice M. Haas, age 63, of Carson who passed away on October 27, 2012 at her residence. Interment followed at Ebenezer Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Valton Douglas officiated. Pall bearers were Joe Gilley, Glen Davis, Locktight, Joel Crumby, Kenny Alford and Eddie Monlezun . Mrs. Janice Monelzun Haas was born in New Orleans, LA on July 28, 1949. She was the daughter of Stanley Monlezun and Martha Alford Monlezun. She worked as a bookkeeper with Albertson’s in Slidell, LA for many years before retiring. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Mrs. Haas is survived by her husband, Andy Haas of Carson, MS; her daughters, Angie Crumby of Pearl River, LA and April Salvagio of Slidell, LA; and five grandchildren.
