Helen W. Stamps

Funeral services were held Friday, October 05, 2012 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel, Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Helen W. Stamps, age 90, of Prentiss, MS who passed away October 3, 2012 at the JDCH Extended Care Facility in Prentiss. Interment followed in Prentiss Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss handled arrangements. Bro. Ben James and Bro. Randy Easterling officiated. Patricia Williams, Kayron Berry and Randy Easterling gave special tribute in music. Pall bearers were Johnny Stamps, Blake Stamps, Clay Stamps, Jay Everett, Russ Pitts, and Donald Patterson. Helen Stamps was born January 14, 1922 in Columbia, MS. She was the daughter of W.B. and Dora Lotz Waldrop. Mrs. Stamps was a Merle Norman Cosmetic Representive for 12 years in Prentiss, a member of The 20th Century Club, and a member of Prentiss Baptist Church. She is survived by three sons: Dennis Stamps and Randy Stamps, both of Prentiss, MS and Craig Stamps of Ocean Springs, MS; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
