Jearel Robbins

Funeral services were held Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Saulters Moore Funeral Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mr. Jearel Robbins, age 71, of Hattiesburg, MS who passed away August 22, 2012 at Bedford Care Center in Hattiesburg, MS. Interment followed at Hathorn Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Julius Davis and Rev. Brad Roberts officiated. Pall bearers were James Graves, James Townson, Gabriel Robbins, Ricky Dyess, David Norton and William Wilson. Honorary pall bearers were Charles Reid and Micah Bullock. Mr. Robert Jearel Robbins was born in Marion County on November 27, 1940. He was the son of Robert Lee Robbins and Myra Cole Robbins. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator for many years. He was a member of Ebeneezer Baptist Church. Mr. Robbins is survived by his son, Joel Robbins of Aurora, CO; two grandchildren; his sister, Myra Lee Daley of Bassfield, MS; his nieces, Donna Lee, Cheryl Bullock and Kay Graves and his nephew, Wayne Daley.
