Christine Errington

Funeral services were held Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Saulters-Moore Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Christine Errington, age 83, of New Hebron, MS who died Thursday, December 8, 2011 at St. Dominic’s Hospital, Jackson, MS. Interment followed at Drummond Cemetery in New Hebron. Rev. Vernon Errington and Rev. Kevin Walker officiated. Pallbearers were Aaron Errington, David Errington, Stephen Errington, Kevin Butler, Adam Bush, and Howard Errington. Mrs. Christine Errington was born on March 18, 1928 and was the daughter of Robert and Prudie Drummonds Yates. She was a homemaker and a member of Mendenhall Church of God. She is survived by her husband, Vernon Errington of New Hebron, MS; Three sons: Michael Errington of Strawberry Plains, TN, Larry Wayne Errington of Byram, MS and Paul Wesley Errington of Brandon, MS; one sister, Lula Mae Butler of New Hebron, MS; five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant sons, and one sister. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss handled arrangements.
