Frances L. McDaniel

Funeral services were held Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Francis L. McDaniel, age 78 who passed away on November 17, 2011 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Interment followed at Prentiss Cemetery. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Carroll Rippy officiated. Pall bearers were Vince Clark, Shawn Howard, James Griffith, James Flowers, Tim Manton and Bruce Pennington. Frances Lorraine McDaniel was born in Jefferson Davis County, MS on January 12, 1933. She was the daughter of Louis Scott McInnis and Chellie Parish McInnis. She worked as a secretary for Farm Bureau of MS for many years. She was a member of Morrison Heights Baptist church. She is survived by her son, Willie G. McDaniel Jr. of New Hebron, MS; her daughters, Scotta Maughon of Richland, MS, Cathy Clark and Elizabeth Sykes both of Byram, MS; ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren; and her sister, Dorothy Dean of Brookville, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Willie G. McDaniel, Sr., four brothers and six sisters.
