Robert T. Daniels

Funeral services were held Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Hepzibah Baptist Church for Mr. Robert T. Daniels, age 84, of Silver Creek, MS who died at his residence on October 16, 2011. Rev. Rusty Kuhn and Rev. Dane Hodges officiated. Interment followed in Hepzibah Baptist Church Cemetery. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Pall Bearers were his grandsons: Scotty Deare, Josh Davis, Jeremy Davis, Wesley Daniels, Jason Daniels and Devin Gibson. Honorary Pall Bearers were his grandsons-in-law: Joe Yoskivich, Luke Daughdrill, Willie Hunt, Alex Honea, Cliff Furr, and Justin Walker. Mr. Robert Twyman Daniels was born October 10, 1927 in Lawrence County, MS. He was the son of Bobby Joshua Daniels and Hettie Branton Daniels. He was a Retired Building Engineer for the New Orleans Saints for 28 years where he took care of all their facilities. He was a member of Hepzibah Baptist Church. Mr. Daniels is survived by his wife, Jane Daniels of Silver Creek, MS; two sons, Ronnie Daniels of Silver Creek, MS and Rev. Darel Daniels of Columbia, MS; four daughters, Rhonda Cliburn of Silver Creek, MS, Judy Deare of Brookhaven, MS; Kathy Davis and Lisa Gibson, both of Silver Creek, MS; two sisters, Alene Smith of Oakvale, MS and LueJean Harvey of Silver Creek, MS; one brother, Glyn Daniels of Silver Creek, MS; sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
