Larry P. Daley

Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Santee Baptist Church in Bassfield, MS for Mr. Larry Daley, age 56, of Hattiesburg, MS who passed away July 8, 2011 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. Rev. Tony Bagley officiated. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. A native of Prentiss, Mississippi, Larry Paul Daley was born on December 13, 1954. He was the son of Roy Daley and Margueritte Clark Daley. He worked as a painter for many years and attended St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Bassfield, MS. Mr. Daley is survived by two daughters, April Daley of Southhaven, MS and Angel Lowry of Petal, MS; his mother, Margueritte Daley of Prentiss, MS; five brothers, John Daley of Mendenhall, MS, Dallas Daley and George Daley both of Monticello, MS, Patrick Daley and Marshall Daley both of Prentiss, MS; four sisters, Jeanette Whitt of Trinity, AL, Judy Smith of Prentiss, MS, Martha Hutchinson and Thresia Edwards both of Bassfield, MS; and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Tommy Daley.
