Renee Ryan Hathorn

Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Saulters Moore Funeral Home Chapel in Prentiss, MS for Mrs. Renee Ryan Hathorn, age 54, who passed away April 3, 2011 at Jefferson Davis Community Hospital in Prentiss, MS. Interment followed at the Evergreen Cemetery in Woodville, MS at 3:30 pm. Saulters Moore Funeral Home of Prentiss was in charge of all arrangements. Rev. Steve Tillman officiated. Pall bearers were Pat Bourne, Kirk Watson, Justin Ryan, David Ryan, Adam Ryan, Lynn Ryan, Henry Morgan and Tanner Hathorn. Honorary pall bearers were Steve Morgan, Ronnie Ryan and Gary Ryan. Renee Ryan Hathorn was born on June 5, 1956 in Lepanto, AR. She was the daughter of Carroll Edwin Ryan and Peggy Morgan Ryan. Mrs. Hathorn had worked as a Dental Assistant with Dr. Delton Moore in Woodville, MS. She also worked as a Dental Assistant and Dental Office Manager in Jackson, MS while her husband, Dr. Randy Hathorn was in Dental School. She was a member of L. L. Roberts Methodist Church in Bassfield, MS. Mrs. Hathorn is survived by her husband, Dr. Randy Hathorn of Prentiss, MS; her children, Scott Hathorn of Madison, MS and Holly Miller of Prentiss, MS; her mother, Peggy Ryan of Woodville, MS; two grandchildren, Sam Hathorn of Prentiss, MS and Natalie Hathorn of Madison, MS; her brothers, Eddie Ryan of St. Francisville, LA, Alan Ryan and Jake Ryan both of Woodville, MS; and her sister, Susan Knighton of Natchez, MS. She was preceded in death by her father.
